Following time as a financial services representative with American General Finance in Missoula, Montana, Morgan Hirschenberger joined the Payne Financial Group and quickly became a shareholder and vice president. From 2010 to 2020, he served in the same capacity at PayneWest Insurance. Morgan Hirschenberger remained with the company after its acquisition by the Marsh and McLennan Agency. In his capacity as a commercial insurance broker and employee benefits agent and consultant, he supports employers as they develop and maintain comprehensive employee benefit insurance programs. Morgan Hirschenberger studied business administration with an emphasis in finance as an undergraduate at the University of Montana, graduating with honors. In addition to his business degree, he has studied graphic design. He has made numerous presentations to organizations such as the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Finance Management Association.
